Lighthouse Memorial Christian Center (LMCC)was founded by the Late Bishop Maurice C. Trent in hopes of providing a Youth Center that would give our youth a safe place to spend their time without the negative influences that plague our inner cities.
VISION
Our vision is to bring the resources to the under-privileged in our community. With the spirit of excellence, we will show love to the loveless, providing shelter to the homeless. We will coordinate assistance deliverance to those who are plagued by drugs, alcohol, and other diseases.
We will teach youth of all ages by example with unity. This will be achieved through community enrichment and development programs.
MISSION
To provide holistic services to the children, youth and their families in the Hilltop/Pittsburgh region. To provide opportunities for youth to reach their fullest potential. To be a change agent in low-income high-risk communities.
